The Boundless Potential Team
Chief Possibility Officer
With over 14 years of leadership experience across retail and senior management, Ray has transitioned into disability support with purpose and passion. After 9 years leading Big Box retail teams and 5 years as a State Manager, he now channels his strategic thinking, communication skills, and goal-setting expertise into helping others thrive. Ray specialises in supporting young adult and adult men to exceed their own expectations—his structured, empathetic approach focuses on clear goals, consistent encouragement, and celebrating every breakthrough.
Outside of work, Ray is a proud dad to three energetic kids aged 11, 12, and 14, plus a spirited sausage dog and a surprisingly chill python. Life at home is lively, loud, and full of laughs. When he’s not supporting others, you’ll find him riding waves, kicking a footy, bushwalking, lifting at the gym, or carving up the local skate park on his scooter. Whether it’s overcoming obstacles or chasing new aspirations, Ray is a dedicated ally committed to helping clients realise their boundless potential—with a Batman-level commitment to showing up, standing strong, and making a difference.

Administration & Compliance -RicciWith a background in allied health and project management, Richelle brings brains, heart, and serious hustle to the Boundless team. She’s a proud mum to three energetic kids (14, 12, and 11) and one fur baby, juggling spreadsheets, soccer games, and school drop-offs like a pro.
Her inspiration? The Managing Director of Boundless Potential—who also happens to be her partner. His passion sparked hers, and now she’s all in on the mission to empower others.
Her dream? To step fully into the Boundless Space, blending admin brilliance with hands-on allied health support.
Her superhero alter ego? Barbara Gordon—aka Batgirl/Oracle. Resilient, resourceful, and always keeping the mission on track from behind the scenes.
Her proudest achievement? Watching her daughter grow into a strong, kind, beautiful human.
With a background as a personal trainer and chef-restaurateur, Tim brings a unique blend of energy, empathy, and life experience to his role in disability support. A proud single dad to two endlessly energetic kids (and unofficial host to a growing bird community on the back deck), he’s all about balancing wellbeing with a good dose of outdoor adventure—whether it’s beach, bush, boat, or dining outdoors.
Passionate about human rights and equal opportunity, Tim thrives in face-to-face environments where he can build genuine rapport and help clients grow in independence and self confidence.
His greatest accomplishment? The strong, evolving bond he’s building with his children—proof that real success is measured in love, resilience, and connection.
With dreams of buying an old sailboat and setting off into the big blue, Tim lives by the motto that there’s a superhero inside everyone. His pick? Captain Underpants—because courage, kindness, and a good laugh go a long way.

At 25, Andrew brings over two years of experience as a disability support worker, shaped by both his professional journey and his lived experience supporting his sister, who has Autism. Growing up in a caring role taught him patience, empathy and the importance of creating a safe, encouraging environment—qualities that make him a natural fit in the sector.
He’s passionate about Martial Arts and strength training, which keep him focused and disciplined. Outside the gym, he enjoys reading, movies and spending time in nature, where he finds clarity and balance.
One of Andrew’s proudest achievements is helping his sister grow in confidence through her fitness journey—an experience that strengthened his belief in encouragement, consistency and genuine support. For him, disability support is more than a job; it’s a meaningful way to help others thrive.
If he had to choose a superhero, Andrew would pick Captain America—steady, loyal and driven by a genuine desire to help people, just as he does in his work every day.
